YCS Maintenance Home designs and manufactures repair tools for phone and board-level work — hot air and soldering stations, trinocular microscopes, screen machines, mid-layer test fixtures, chip programmers, reballing stencils and the consumables a bench actually runs through. Everything ships from our own factory in Shenzhen.

From a bench in Huaqiangbei to a plant in Fenggang
YCS Maintenance Home began in 2014, repairing phones on a bench in Huaqiangbei — the Shenzhen district where most of the world's phone-repair trade is priced. The company was founded in 2016, and its first product was a laser-cut square-hole soldering stencil.
Production moved to a standalone 10,000 m² industrial park in Fenggang, Dongguan in 2023. CNC machining, instrument assembly and a PCB assembly line sit under the same roof, so a fix to a stencil or a firmware bug does not cross a company boundary.
Today the catalogue runs to 1,050 part numbers across 26 product lines — from a 17,000 RMB laser to a 4 RMB dust cloth, in 8 areas. They ship direct to independent repair shops, multi-branch chains, training schools and distributors in more than 100 countries.
