Orders and delivery
Bulk and custom order timelines, quantities, and delivery methods are subject to the confirmed contract or quotation between both parties.
Warranty, returns and exchanges
Instruments we manufacture carry a 14-month warranty. A performance fault within 15 days of the sale can be exchanged or repaired, and anything may be returned within 7 days of signing for it, with no reason required, provided it is unmarked and complete. The full policies are on the support page.
