ISO 9001:2015
Our quality management system was certified to ISO 9001 in 2020 and covers design, production, inspection and after-sales service. In practice this is the reason incoming inspection records, burn-in results for instruments and non-conforming material handling are documented rather than handled informally.
The system covers our own production: CNC machining, instrument assembly and PCB assembly. Stencils and consumables that we buy in are inspected against our own specification on arrival, and the supplier is audited annually.
China Red Star Design Award, 2020
The Red Star Design Award is a national product design award in China. We received it in 2020 for the design work on our repair instruments — the enclosure, thermal design and the interface on the bench instruments.
National High-Tech Enterprise
We were also certified as a National High-Tech Enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology, which followed the move of our headquarters to the Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Center and the start of our own infrared imaging and DC power supply development.
